How to Shop @ hairloss-europe.com

To purchase any product on this website, click on its Buy button. This will add the product to your virtual shopping basket. From the shopping basket screen you can choose either to continue shopping or to purchase your selections by clicking the respective button.

You can adjust the quantity of each item you purchase on the shopping basket.

You can view the contents of your shopping basket at any time by clicking the view basket icon at the top-right of any product page:

When you have added all the products that you wish to purchase, click view basket, then click the purchase button. You will then be asked to enter your details in three stages:

Customer Details
Please fill in all the relevant fields.
Delivery Information (if different from customer details)
You will then be forwarded to the PayPal check out where you can pay via Credit Card or your PayPal account if you have one.

You do not need a PayPal account to purchase here.

Note: Where the size of order involves an excessive delivery cost, we will contact the customer by email and advise them of the new delivery charge

Clear and Sensible Trading Terms

All offers are subject to stock availability.

We take special care to show correct sizes and specifications although, as with goods bought anywhere, slight variations may occur within accepted trade tolerances.

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product or an incorrect delivery and you would like an exchange, we will pay for the return postage costs.

If you wish to obtain a refund by returning a product that is not faulty or incorrectly delivered, you will pay the return postage costs. Please allow 28 days from our receipt of your return for the refund to be sent to you.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund for any product that has not been returned within 90 days from the date of purchase. Any item returned must, of course, be unused to qualify for a refund.
